عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِذَا طَهُرَتْ، وَهِيَ فِي بَيْتِهَا أَيَمَسُّهَا زَوْجُهَا ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَقْطَعَ ذَلِكَ جِوَارَهَا "، قُلْتُ: وَلَا يُقَبِّلُهَا ؟ قَالَ: " لَا "، قُلْتُ: فِي حَيْضَتِهَا يُقَبِّلُهَا زَوْجُهَا ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ "، قُلْتُ: وَيُبَاشِرُ جَزْلَتَهَا الْعُلْيَا ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ " قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ: وَقَالَهُ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: " وَيَنَالُ مِنْهَا مَا يَنَالُ الرَّجُلُ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ حَائِضًا فِي غَيْرِ جِوَارٍ "
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ I said to 'Ata': 'Do you think that if she becomes pure while she is in her house, may her husband touch her that day?' He said: 'No, unless that cuts off her spiritual retreat.' I said: 'And may he not kiss her?' He said: 'No.' I said: 'During her menstruation, may her husband kiss her?' He said: 'Yes.' I said: 'And may he have contact with her upper body?' He said: 'Yes.' Ibn Jurayj said: 'And 'Amr b. Dinar said the same.' 'Ata' said: 'He may have from her what a man has from his menstruating wife outside spiritual retreat.'
