✧ His having intercourse with his wife

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ،
عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ فِي الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ، وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ قَالَ: " لَمْ يَبْلُغْنَا فِي ذَلِكَ شَيْءٌ، وَلَكِنَّا نَرَى أَنْ يَعْتِقَ رَقَبَةً مِثْلَ كَفَّارَةِ الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ فِي رَمَضَانَ
Translation
✧ From al-Zuhrī regarding one who has intercourse with his wife while he is in iʿtikāf, he said: “Nothing has reached us concerning that, but we hold that he should free a slave, like the expiation of one who has intercourse with his wife during Ramadan.”
