✧ His having intercourse with his wife

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ،
عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ ؟ فَقَالَ: " يَعْتِقُ رَقَبَةً، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَيَصُومُ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَإِطْعَامُ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا
Translation
✧ From al-Ḥasan regarding one who has intercourse with his wife while he is in iʿtikāf, he said: “He should free a slave; if he cannot find one, then he should fast two consecutive months; and if he is unable, then feed sixty poor persons.”
