عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: فَأَتَاهُ غَرِيمٌ لَهُ فِي مُجَاوَرِهِ، فَتَجَازَاهُ حَقَّهُ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ "، قُلْتُ: فَأُتِيَ مُجَاوَرَهُ، أَيَبْتَاعُ فِيهِ، وَيَبِيعُ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ "
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ I said to ʿAṭāʾ: “If a creditor of his comes to him during his retreat, and he gives him his due?” He said: “There is no harm in that.” I said: “Should he be brought [merchandise] during his retreat—may he buy and sell in it?” He said: “There is no harm in that.”
