✧ Breaking a voluntary fast and fasting it if one did not intend it at night

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَا:
إِنْ بَيَّتَ الصِّيَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ، ثُمَّ أَفْطَرَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ
Translation
✧ If he resolves to fast at night and then breaks the fast, he must make it up.
