عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
نص إضافيأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ دَفَعَ خَيْبَرَ إِلَى الْيَهُودِ عَلَى أَنْ يَعْمَلُوا فِيهَا، وَلَهُمْ شَطْرُهَا "، قَالَ: فَمَضَى عَلَى ذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَصَدْرٌ مِنْ خِلَافَةِ عُمَرَ، ثُمَّ أُخْبِرَ عُمَرُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي وَجَعِهِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ: " لَا يَجْتَمِعُ بِأَرْضِ الْحِجَازِ - أَوْ بِأَرْضِ الْعَرَبِ - دِينَانِ "، فَفَحَصَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى وَجَدَ عَلَيْهِ الثَّبَتَ، فَقَالَ: مَنْ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ عَهْدٌ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَلْيَأْتِ بِهِ، وَإِلَّا فَإِنِّي مُجْلِيكُمْ، قَالَ: " فَأَجْلَاهُمْ "، وَقَدْ كَانَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي مَرَضِهِ الَّذِي قُبِضَ فِيهِ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ handed over Khaybar to the Jews on the condition that they work in it and have half of it. He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ and Abū Bakr continued on that, and a part of ʿUmar's caliphate, then ʿUmar was informed that the Prophet ﷺ said in his illness in which he died: "Two religions shall not coexist in the land of the Hijaz—or in the land of the Arabs." He investigated that until he found confirmation of it, then he said: Whoever has a covenant from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, let him bring it; otherwise I will expel you. He said: So he expelled them. And the Prophet ﷺ had said that in his illness in which he died.
