عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَطَاءٌ:
لَا صَدَقَةَ فِي مَالٍ حَتَّى يَحُولَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَوْلُ، قُلتُ: وَلَا يَكُونُ فِي أَكْثَرَ مِنْ حَوْلٍ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا "، قُلْتُ لَهُ: ذَهَبَ صَدَقَتُهَا، ثُمَّ مَكَثَتْ عِنْدِي أَحَدَ عَشَرَ شَهْرًا، ثُمَّ بَدَا لِي أَنْ أَبِيعَهَا، أَعَلَيَّ فِيهَا صَدَقَةٌ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا، وَأَنْ تُصْدِقَهَا أَعْظَمُ لِلْبَرَكَةِ "، قُلْتُ: مَاشِيَةٌ مَكَثَتْ عِنْدِي أَحَدَ عَشَرَ شَهْرًا فَبِعْتُهَا، فَخَرَجَ الْمُصَدِّقُ بَعْدَمَا مَكَثَتْ عِنْدَهُ شَهْرًا عَلَى أَيِّنَا الصَّدَقَةُ ؟ قَالَ: " عَلَى الَّذِي ابْتَاعَهَا
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: ʿAṭāʾ said:
✧ There is no charity on wealth until a year has passed over it. I said: 'And is there none if it is held for more than a year?' He said: 'No.' I said to him: 'Its charity is gone. Then it remained with me eleven months, and I decided to sell it. Is charity due on it from me?' He said: 'No, but if you give it as charity, that is greater for blessing.' I said: 'Livestock remained with me eleven months and I sold it. Then the collector came out after it had remained with the buyer for a month. On whom is the charity?' He said: 'On the one who bought it.'
