عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ،، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَخَذَ الْمُصَدِّقُ فِي الْإِبِلِ سِنًّا فَوْقَ سِنٍّ رَدَّ عَلَيْهِمْ عَشَرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ أَوْ شَاتَيْنِ، وَإِذَا أَخَذَ سِنًّا دُونَ سِنٍّ رَدُّوا عَلَيْهِ عَشَرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ، وَإِذَا أَخَذَ مَكَانَ ابْنَةِ لَبُونٍ ابْنَ لَبُونٍ، فَعَشَرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ أَوْ شَاتَيْنِ
Translation
✧ When the collector takes from the camels an age above the due age, he returns to them ten dirhams or two sheep; and when he takes an age below the due age, they return to him ten dirhams; and when he takes, in place of a bint labūn, an ibn labūn, then ten dirhams or two sheep.
