عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَتْ لِرَجُلٍ ضَأْنٌ وَمَعْزٌ، لَا تَجِبُ فِيهَا إِلَّا شَاةٌ أَخَذَ الْمُصَدِّقُ مِنْ أَكْثَرِ الْعَدَدَيْنِ
Translation
✧ If a man has sheep and goats, and only one sheep is due from them, the collector takes from the larger of the two groups.
