عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ الصَّبِيُّ مِنَ السَّبْيِ أَوْ غَيْرِهِمْ بَيْنَ أَبَوَيْهِ وَهُمَا مُشْرِكَانِ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ بَيْنَ أَبَوَيْهِ فَإِنَّهُ مُسْلِمٌ، إِذَا مَاتَ وَهُوَ صَبِيٌّ يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from al-Thawrī, said:
✧ If a child is from the captives or others and is between his two parents while they are polytheists, then funeral prayer is not offered over him. But if he is not between his two parents, then he is a Muslim: if he dies while a child, funeral prayer is offered over him.
