✧ The prayer over the small child and the miscarried fetus, and its inheritance

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ عَنِ السِّقْطِ يَقَعُ مَيِّتًا أَيُصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا حَتَّى يَصِيحَ، فَإِذَا صَاحَ صُلِّيَ عَلَيْهِ وَوُرِّثَ
Translation
✧ Ibn 'Umar was asked about a miscarried fetus that falls dead: is it prayed over? He said: 'No, until it cries out. When it cries out, it is prayed over and inherited.'
