✧ The prayer over the small child and the miscarried fetus, and its inheritance

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ
فِي السِّقْطِ يُولَدُ - وَالصَّبِيِّ - حَيًّا لَا يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَسْتَهِلَّ صَارِخًا
Translation
✧ Regarding the miscarried fetus that is born alive — and the small child — one does not pray over it until it cries out loudly.
