✧ Pre-Ejaculatory Fluid

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، وَابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ،
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِلْمِقْدَادِ: سَلْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ، فَإِنِّي لَوْلَا أَنَّ تَحْتِي ابْنَتَهُ لَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، إِذَا مَا اقْتَرَبَ الرَّجُلُ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهُ فَأَمْذَى، وَلَمْ يَمْلِكْ ذَلِكَ وَلَمْ يَمَسَّهَا فَسَأَلَ الْمِقْدَادُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِذَا مَا أَمْذَى أَحَدُكُمْ وَلَمْ يَمَسَّهَا فَلْيَغْسِلْ ذَكَرَهُ وَأُنْثَيَيْهِ. وَكَانَ عُرْوَةُ يَقُولُ: لِيَتَوَضَّأْ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ كَوُضُوئِهِ لِلصَّلَاةِ
Translation
✧ That 'Ali said: I said to al-Miqdad: Ask the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, for were it not that his daughter is under my care, I would have asked him about that: when a man draws near to his wife and emits pre-ejaculatory fluid, but he does not control that and does not touch her. So al-Miqdad asked, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When one of you emits pre-ejaculatory fluid and does not touch her, let him wash his penis and his testicles. And 'Urwah used to say: Let him perform wudu' when he wants to pray, like his wudu' for prayer.
