عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عَائِشِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ عَلِيٌّ لِلْمِقْدَادِ: سَلْ لِي رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ، عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُلَاعِبُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَيُكَلِّمُهَا فَيُمْذِي، لَوْلَا أَنِّي أَسْتَحْيِي وَأَنَّ ابْنَتَهُ تَحْتِي لَسَأَلْتُهُ، فَسَأَلَ الْمِقْدَادُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لِيَغْسِلْ ذَكَرَهُ وَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ ثُمَّ لْيَنْضَحْ فِي فَرْجِهِ
Translation
✧ 'Ali said to al-Miqdad: Ask the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for me about a man who plays with his wife and speaks with her and then emits pre-ejaculatory fluid. Were it not that I feel ashamed, and that his daughter is under my care, I would have asked him. So al-Miqdad asked, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Let him wash his penis and perform wudu', then let him sprinkle water on his private part.
