عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، وَابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الْمُجَالِدِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:
تُصَلِّي الْأَمَةُ بِغَيْرِ خِمَارٍ، تُصَلِّي كَمَا تَخْرُجُ
Translation
✧ A female slave may pray without a khimar; she prays as she goes out.
