عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَتُصَلِّي الْأَمَةُ الَّتِي قَدْ حَاضَتْ بِغَيْرِ خِمَارٍ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ
Translation
✧ I said to Ata: May a female slave who has menstruated pray without a khimar? He said: Yes.
