عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَمَّنْ
سَمِعَ الْحَسَنَ، " يَأْمُرُ الْأَمَةَ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَتْ عَبْدًا أَوْ حُرًّا أَنْ تَخْتَمِرَ " قَالَ: وَكَانَ الْحَسَنُ لَا يَرَى عَلَى الْأَمَةِ خِمَارًا إِلَّا أَنْ تَتَزَوَّجَ أَوْ يَطَأَهَا سَيِّدُهَا
Translation
✧ He heard al-Hasan commanding the female slave, when she married a slave or a free man, to cover her head with a khimar. He said: al-Hasan did not consider a khimar obligatory upon a female slave unless she married or her master had intercourse with her.
