✧ A Man Prays Witr Then Wakes Up and Wants to Pray

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ طَاوُسٌ " إِذَا أَوْتَرَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ لَمْ يَشْفَعْ، وَرُبَّمَا أَوْتَرَ أَوَّلَهُ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَآخِرَهُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى
Translation
✧ Ṭāwūs, when he prayed witr during the night, would not make it even; sometimes he prayed witr at its beginning one time and at its end another time.
