✧ A Man Prays Witr Then Wakes Up and Wants to Pray

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ طَاوُسٌ " إِذَا أَوْتَرَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ لَمْ يَشْفَعْ، صَلَّى شَفْعًا حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ
Translation
✧ Ṭāwūs, when he prayed witr during the night, would not make it even; he would pray an even number until morning.
