✧ Prayer at the time of fighting with swords

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:

إِنْ كَانَ الْخَوْفُ أَشَدَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ - كَأَنَّهُ يَعْنِي الْمُضَارَبَةَ - صَلَّوْا رِجَالًا، قِيَامًا عَلَى أَقْدَامِهِمْ، أَوْ رُكْبَانًا مُسْتَقْبِلِينَ الْقِبْلَةَ أَوْ غَيْرَ مُسْتَقْبِلِيهَا

Translation

✧ If the fear is more severe than that—as if he meant actual combat—they pray on foot, standing on their feet, or mounted, facing the qiblah or not facing it.
