عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: مَسَسْتُ الذَّكَرَ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الثَّوْبِ قَالَ: فَلَا وُضُوءَ إِلَّا مِنْ مُبَاشَرَةٍ، ثُمَّ بِالْمَسِيسِ قُلْتُ: بِالْفَخِذِ أَوِ السَّاقِ ؟ قَالَ: فَلَا وُضُوءَ إِلَّا بِالْيَدِ قُلْتُ: فَمَا يُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ ؟ قَالَ: إِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنَ الرِّجْلِ وَكَيْفَ لَا يَمَسُّ الرِّجْلَ، لَيْسَتِ الْيَدُ كَهَيْئَةِ الرِّجْلِ فِي ذَلِكَ
Translation
✧ I said to Ata: "I touched the penis from behind the garment." He said: "There is no wudu except from direct contact, then by touching." I said: "With the thigh or the shin?" He said: "There is no wudu except with the hand." I said: "What distinguishes between that?" He said: "It is only from the leg, and how can the leg not touch? The hand is not like the form of the leg in that."
