عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ مَسَسْتُ ذَكَرِي وَلَمْ أَمَسَّ سَبِيلَ الْبَوْلِ، قَالَ: إِذَا مَسَسْتَ ظَهْرَهُ أَوْ أَيَّهُ كَانَ فَتَوَضَّأْ
Translation
✧ I said to Ata: "What do you think if I touch my penis and do not touch the urinary passage?" He said: "If you touch its back or any part of it, then perform wudu."
