عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
مَنْ مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ. وَإِنَّمَا أُثِرَ ذَلِكَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ لَهُ قَيْسٌ: يَا أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ لَوْ مَسِسْتَ ذَكَرَكَ وَأَنْتَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ أَكُنْتَ مُنْصَرِفًا وَقَاطِعًا صَلَاتَكَ لِتَتَوَضَّأَ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ وَاللهِ إِنْ كُنْتُ لَقَاطِعًا صَلَاتِي وَمُتَوَضِّئًا
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, from ʿAṭāʾ, who said:
✧ Whoever touches his penis should perform wudu. And that was only traced back from Ibn Umar. Qays said to him: "O Abu Muhammad, if you touched your penis while in the prescribed prayer, would you leave and cut off your prayer to perform wudu?" He said: "Yes, by Allah, I would cut off my prayer and perform wudu."
