✧ Does one pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr when the prayer has been established

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي صَالِحُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ مُخْبِرٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ،
أَنَّهُ رَكَعَ فِي الضُّحَى رَكْعَتَيْنِ، وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ صَلَاةَ الضُّحَى قَطُّ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: مَا رَأَيْنَاكَ تُصَلِّي هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةَ قَطُّ، قَالَ: إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَسِيتُ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ فَرَكَعْتُهُمَا الْآنَ
Translation
✧ He prayed two rak'ahs at Duha, though he had never prayed the Duha prayer. It was said to him, 'We have never seen you pray this prayer.' He said, 'I had forgotten the two rak'ahs of Fajr, so I prayed them now.'
