✧ Does one pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr when the prayer has been established

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ،
دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ وَالْقَوْمُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ، فَدَخَلَ مَعَ الْقَوْمِ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ، ثُمَّ قَعَدَ، حَتَّى إِذَا أَشْرَقَتْ لَهُ الشَّمْسُ قَضَاهَا قَالَ: وَكَانَ إِذَا أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ وَهُوَ فِي الطُّرُقِ صَلَّاهُمَا فِي الطَّرِيقِ
Translation
✧ He entered the mosque while the people were in prayer, and he had not prayed the two rak'ahs of Fajr. So he entered the prayer with the people, then he sat until the sun rose for him, then he made them up. He said: And when the prayer was established while he was in the streets, he would pray them in the street.
