عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ،
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا، سَبَّحَ فِي سَفَرٍ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، فَتَغَيَّظَ عَلَيْهِ عُمَرُ، وَقَالَ: أَمَا وَاللهِ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَنْهَى عَنْ هَذَا
Translation
✧ Ali prayed two rak'as after Asr while traveling, and Umar became angry with him and said: "By Allah, you know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to forbid this."
