عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ التَّيْمِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ بْنَ عُمَيْرٍ يَقُولُ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو غَادِيَةَ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ يَضْرِبُ النَّاسَ عَلَى الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ
Translation
✧ I saw Umar b. al-Khattab beating the people for [praying] the two rak'as after Asr.
