عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لَهُ: رَأَيْتَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يُصَلِّي يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فِي أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، وَلَا فِي غَيْرِ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ حَتَّى تَرْتَفِعَ الشَّمْسُ قَالَ: وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ: أَمَّا أَنَا فَإِنِّي أُصَلِّي كَمَا رَأَيْتُ أَصْحَابِي يُصَلُّونَ، وَأَمَّا أَنَا فَلَا أَنْهَى أَحَدًا أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ لَيْلًا أَوْ نَهَارًا لَا يَتَحَرَّى طُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ وَلَا غُرُوبَهَا، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ، وَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ مَعَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ، فَلَا يَتَحَرَّى أَحَدٌ طُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ وَلَا غُرُوبَهَا
Translation
✧ I said to him: "Did you see Ibn Umar praying on the Day of Sacrifice in the early part of the day?" He said: "No, not on the Day of Sacrifice or any other day, until the sun had risen high." He said: "Ibn Umar used to say: 'As for me, I pray as I saw my companions praying, but I do not forbid anyone from praying at night or during the day, as long as he does not intend the rising of the sun or its setting, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade that and said: "The horn of Satan rises with the rising of the sun, so let no one intend the rising of the sun or its setting."'",
