عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: رَجُلٌ مُسَافِرٌ مَرَّ بِأَهْلِ مَاءٍ، فَحَضَرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ، فَقَدَّمُوهُ، لَيْسَ لَهُمْ إِمَامٌ أَيَؤُمُّهُمْ ؟ قَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ
Translation

✧ I said to Ata: A traveller passed by some people at a watering place, and the time for prayer came, so they put him forward; they had no imam. May he lead them? He said: There is no harm in that.
