✧ The rulers who delay the prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ، وَعَطَاءَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ قَالَ: " وَأَخَّرَ الْوَلِيدُ مَرَّةً الصَّلَاةَ، فَرَأَيْتُهُمَا يُومِئَانِ إِيمَاءً وَهُمَا قَاعِدَانِ
Translation
✧ I saw Sa'id b. Jubayr and 'Ata' b. Abi Rabah. He said: "Al-Walid once delayed the prayer, and I saw them gesturing with their heads while seated."
