✧ The rulers who delay the prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنِ النَّخَعِيِّ، وَخَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ:
كَانَا يُصَلِّيَانِ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ مَعَ الْحَجَّاجِ وَكَانَ يُمْسِي
Translation
✧ They used to pray Zuhr and 'Asr with al-Hajjaj, and he would delay until evening.
