✧ The rulers who delay the prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ: بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ:
سَيَحْدُثُ بَعْدَكُمْ عُمَّالٌ لَا يُصَلُّونَ الصَّلَاةَ لِمِيقَاتِهَا، وَإِذَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ فَصَلُّوهَا لِمِيقَاتِهَا
Translation
✧ There will come after you officials who do not pray the prayer at its time. When they do that, pray it at its time.
