✧ The imam's shortening of the prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ الْأَوْدِيِّ قَالَ:
لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَخَذَ شَاةً عَزُوزًا لَمْ يَفْرُغْ مِنْ لَبَنِهَا حَتَّى أُصَلِّيَ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسَ، أُتِمُّ رُكُوعَهَا وَسُجُودَهَا
Translation
✧ If a man took a ewe with abundant milk, he would not finish milking it before I had prayed the five prayers, completing their bowing and prostration.
