✧ The prayer of the Prophet ﷺ

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ طَاوُسًا يَقُولُ:
صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ: نَسِيتَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ أَمْ خَفَّفْتَ عَنَّا الصَّلَاةَ ؟ قَالَ: " مَا قَالَ ذُو الْيَدَيْنِ ؟ " قَالُوا: نَعَمْ، فَعَادَ فَصَلَّى مَا بَقِيَ قَطُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَكَ أَنَّهُ سَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ بَعْدَمَا سَلَّمَ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا أَعْلَمُ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ prayed and then said the taslim. A man said to him: "Did you forget, O Prophet of God, or have you lightened the prayer for us?" He said: "What did Dhu al-Yadayn say?" They said: "Yes." So he returned and prayed what remained. He said: "Did he inform you that he prostrated two prostrations after the taslim?" He said: "I do not know."
