✧ One who enters the mosque when its people have already prayed — may he offer voluntary prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ وَقَتَادَةَ:
إِنْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ أَقَامَ وَصَلَّى.
Translation
✧ If he does not hear it, he performs the iqamah and prays.
