عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ثَابِتًا الْبُنَانِيَّ يَقُولُ:
أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ وَأَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ وَاضِعٌ يَدَهُ عَلَيَّ قَالَ: فَجَعَلْتُ أَهَابُهُ أَنْ أَرْفَعَ يَدَهُ عَنِّي، وَجَعَلَ يُقَارِبُ بَيْنَ الْخُطَى، فَانْتَهَيْنَا إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ، وَقَدْ سُبِقْنَا بِرَكْعَةٍ، وَقَدْ صَلَّيْنَا مَعَ الْإِمَامِ وَقَضَيْنَا مَا كَانَ فَاتَنَا، فَقَالَ لِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ: " يَا ثَابِتُ، اعْمَلْ بِالَّذِي صَنَعْتُ بِكَ "، قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ قَالَ: " صَنَعَهُ بِي أَخِي زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ
Translation
✧ The prayer was called while Anas b. Malik had placed his hand on me. He said: I was reluctant to lift his hand from me, and he began taking short steps. We reached the mosque, and we had been preceded by one rak'ah. We prayed with the imam and completed what we had missed. Anas b. Malik said to me: 'O Thabit, act according to what I did with you.' I said: 'Yes.' He said: 'My brother Zayd b. Thabit did it with me.'
