عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
خَصْلَتَانِ لَا يُحْصِيهِمَا رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ إِلَّا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ، وَهُمَا يَسِيرٌ، وَمَنْ يَعْمَلُ بِهِمَا قَلِيلٌ " قَالُوا: وَمَا هُمَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ؟ قَالَ: " يُسَبِّحُ أَحَدُكُمْ عَشْرًا، وَيَحْمَدُ عَشْرًا، وَيُكَبِّرُ عَشْرًا فِي دُبُرِ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ، فَتِلْكَ خَمْسُونَ وَمِائَةٌ بِاللِّسَانِ، وَأَلْفٌ وَخَمْسُ مِائَةٍ فِي الْمِيزَانِ، وَإِذَا أَوَى أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ كَبَّرَ اللهَ وَحَمِدَهُ وَسَبَّحَهُ مِائَةً، فَتِلْكَ مِائَةٌ بِاللِّسَانِ وَأَلْفٌ فِي الْمِيزَانِ، فَأَيُّكُمْ يَعْمَلُ فِي يَوْمِهِ وَلَيْلَتِهِ أَلْفَيْنِ وَخَمْسَمِائَةِ سَيِّئَةٍ ؟ " قَالَ: وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَعُدُّ هَكَذَا، وَعَدَّ بِأَصَابِعِهِ قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، كَيْفَ لَا نُحْصِيهَا ؟ قَالَ: " يَأْتِي أَحَدَكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ فِي صَلَاتِهِ فَيَقُولُ لَهُ: اذْكُرْ حَاجَةَ كَذَا وَحَاجَةَ كَذَا حَتَّى يَنْصَرِفَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ، وَيَأْتِيهِ عِنْدَ مَنَامِهِ فَيُنَوِّمُهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ
Translation
✧ Two qualities, no Muslim man keeps count of them except that he enters Paradise, and they are easy, but few people act upon them." They said: What are they, O Messenger of Allah? He said: "Each of you glorifies Allah ten times, praises Him ten times, and magnifies Him ten times after every prayer—that is one hundred and fifty on the tongue and one thousand five hundred in the balance. And when one of you goes to his bed, he magnifies Allah, praises Him, and glorifies Him one hundred times—that is one hundred on the tongue and one thousand in the balance. So which of you commits two thousand five hundred sins in his day and night?" He said: I saw the Prophet ﷺ counting like this—and he counted with his fingers. They said: O Messenger of Allah, how could we not keep count of them? He said: "Satan comes to one of you during his prayer and says to him: Remember such-and-such a need and such-and-such a need, until he leaves without having remembered. And he comes to him at his sleep and makes him fall asleep without having remembered."
