Translation
✧ He saw Ibn Umar perform in the first prostration of the even and odd (prayers) two characteristics. He said: 'I saw him once squatting on the ends of both his feet, kneeling on them, and once folding his left leg and spreading it, sitting on it, while his right leg he stood upon, arching it on the ends of both his feet.' He said: 'I saw him do that in the first of the two prostrations, and in the third prostration of the witr, then he would remain and stand.'
