عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ وَالزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
قِرَّ فِي الرُّكُوعِ حَتَّى يَقِرَّ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مِنْكَ قَرَارَهُ
Translation
✧ Be still in bowing until every part of you settles into place.
