✧ How Bowing and Prostration Are Done

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعَدَةَ صَاحِبِ الْجُيُوشِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
إِنِّي قَدْ بَدُنْتُ، فَمَنْ فَاتَهُ الرُّكُوعُ أَدْرَكَنِي فِي بُطْءِ قِيَامِي
Translation
✧ I have become heavy, so whoever misses the bowing may catch me in the slowness of my standing.
