عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ: أَثْبِتْ يَدَيْكَ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْكَ، وَأَثْبِتْ صُلْبَكَ، وَهُوَ يُجْزِئُ عَلَى تَمَامِ الرُّكُوعِ
Translation

✧ Ata said to me: Keep your hands firmly on your knees, and keep your back straight, and that suffices for the completeness of bowing.
