عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ خُرُوجَ الْإِنْسَانِ مِنَ الصَّفِّ حِينَ يَجْلِسُونَ فِي التَّشَهُّدِ الْآخِرِ، فَيَتَّسِعُ مِنَ الصَّفِّ ؟ قَالَ: " مَا أُحِبُّهُ يَكُونُ إِلَّا بَعْدَ التَّسْلِيمِ، وَأَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ أَنْ يَثْبُتَ، وَإِنْ كَانَ يُوَسِّعُ مِنْ زِحَامٍ فَلَا بَأْسَ بَعْدَ التَّسْلِيمِ أَيْضًا ".
Translation
✧ I said to 'Ata': 'What do you think of a person leaving the row when they sit for the last tashahhud, so that he is separated from the row?' He said: 'I do not like it except after the taslim, and I prefer that he remain. And if he leaves due to crowding, there is no harm after the taslim also.'
