✧ The Extent of What Screens the Worshipper

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْمُهَلَّبَ بْنَ أَبِي صُفْرَةَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا كَانَ بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَ الطَّرِيقِ مِثْلُ مُؤْخِرَةِ الرَّحْلِ فَلَا يَضُرُّكَ مَنْ مَرَّ عَلَيْكَ
Translation
✧ If there is between you and the road the like of the back part of a saddle, then whoever passes by you will not harm you.
