✧ A man prays the morning prayer then sits in his place

قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ: وَحَدَّثَنَا أَشْيَاخُنَا، أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
لَأَنْ أُصَلِّيَ الصُّبْحَ وَأَقْعُدَ أَذْكُرُ اللهَ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ، أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِمَّا تَطْلُعُ عَلَيْهِ الشَّمْسُ وَتَغْرُبُ
Translation
✧ That I pray the morning prayer and sit remembering Allah until the sun rises is dearer to me than everything the sun rises and sets upon.
