عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ رَجُلًا، وَلَهُ أَخَوَانِ، فَعَفَا أَحَدُهُمَا، ثُمَّ قَتَلَهُ الْآخَرُ، قَبْلَ أَنْ يُرْفَعَ إِلَى الْإِمَامِ. قَالَ: هُوَ خَطَأٌ عَلَيْهِ الدِّيَةُ، يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهُ النِّصْفُ
