عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي الَّذِي يَعْفُو أَوْ يَأْخُذُ الدِّيَةَ، ثُمَّ يَقْتُلُ، قَالَ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى: ﴿فَمَنِ اعْتَدَى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَلَهُ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ﴾قَالَ: هُوَ الرَّجُلُ يَقْتُلُ بَعْدَمَا يَأْخُذُ الدِّيَةَ
