عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ،
وَسُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اسْتَعَانَ قَوْمًا عَلَى هَدْمِ حَائِطٍ فَتَلَفَ بَعْضُهُمْ فِيهِ ؟ قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَى الَّذِي اسْتَعَانَهُمْ شَيْءٌ، وَهُوَ عَلَى أَصْحَابِهِ الَّذِينَ نَجَوْا مِنَ الْحَائِطِ لَمْ يُعِينُوا
