عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: اسْتَأْجَرْتُ غُلَامًا فِي عَمَلٍ قَدْ عَلِمَ أَهْلُهُ أَنَّهُ يَعْمَلُهُ فَقَتَلَهُ ذَلِكَ الْعَمَلُ، قَالَ: " يَغْرَمُ قُلْتُ لَهُ: فَخَلَّوْهُ يَكْسِبُ وَيَعْمَلُ، فَاسْتَأْجَرْتُهُ فَقَتَلَهُ عَمَلُهُ ذَلِكَ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا يَغْرَمُ " قُلْتُ: خَادِمُ قَوْمٍ لَمْ يَأْذَنُوا لَهُ بِعَمَلٍ، فَاسْتَأْجَرْتُهُ فِي عَمَلٍ بِغَيْرِ أَمْرِهِمْ ؟ قَالَ: " يَغْرَمُ
