مَنِ اسْتَعَانَ مَمْلُوكًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ أَهْلِهِ ضَمِنَ، قَالَ: وَالصَّبِيُّ بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ
