عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي عَبْدٍ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ، كَاتَبَاهُ، فَأَدَّى إِلَى أَحَدِهِمَا كِتَابَتَهُ وَهُوَ يَسْعَى لِلْآخَرِ فِي كِتَابَتِهِ قَالَ: " حَدُّهُ، وَطَلَاقُهُ، وَمِيرَاثُهُ، وَشَهَادَتُهُ، بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْعَبْدِ حَتَّى يُؤَدِّيَ إِلَى الْآخَرِ، فَإِنْ مَاتَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُؤَدِّيَ إِلَيْهِ، فَلَهُ مِيرَاثُهُ
